How does AirBnB Management Work?
Application / Property Valuation
After you’ve completed the FREE AirBnB Valuation form, we’ll perform a property analysis.
Subsequently, we’ll get in touch with you, providing forecast monthly Holiday Let earnings and coordinating a viewing at your earliest convenience.

Agreement / Viewing
After meeting you in person and establishing that we want to work together, we will provide you with our holiday let management contract.
This agreement encompasses our management terms, fee structure, and responsibilities for both parties.
We maintain flexibility in our terms and encourage input from yourselves.
Contract Signed / Onboarding
After signing the management contract, our onboarding process begins.
This involves collecting essential property details, preparing it for short-term rentals, and ensuring legal compliance.

Marketing & Optimisation
After completing the onboarding process, we initiate property marketing and set up your online travel agent (OTA) listings.
Our property promotion includes prominent display on our direct platforms and effective direct email marketing campaigns targeting our extensive mailing list.
We will secure your initial bookings, setting you on a path to success in the UK holiday let market.
